The atmosphere in the salon was perfect. Relaxed, friendly and no fear of asking any question no matter how 'stupid' it seemed in my mind!!
It was a very much hands on from the beginning which I really liked. Julie would explain what the dog was having done, demonstrate if needed and then leave me to 'get on with it'! However, she literally has eyes in the side, top and back of her head. She misses NOTHING...lol!!
